What makes me different from other coaches?

I am a Leadership / Team / Career Coach who is able to relate to my client’s situation, having seen and experienced what success looks like as a leader, for my teams and direct reports; and learnt from the not-so-good times.

My coaching is built on top of 30 years’ working in technology and business within the portfolio – project environments. I have experience of working in high demanding, pressured environments; successfully leading teams; creating high-performance people and teams; and leading people through corporate and departmental change.

Having worked for multiple companies including: Capgemini; Merlin Entertainment; Marks and Spencer; British Gas; Southern Water; NHS Digital; I have developed an appreciation of the different cultures and working practices and incorporate this into my coaching.

Importantly, when I start to work with a person or team in the work place, I understand the situation; what is wanted; and ensure the programme I produce is relevant to the client. My work values are commitment; honesty; trust; confidentiality; and I include these in the way I coach.
